We should’ve scored more, just sayin. We definitely blew chances

I think Salah was lucky not to see red. That was a bad challenge. He was getting his shirt pulled but......

So bittersweet season then?

all the time! it's nerve racking, man. been waiting for us to win a big trophy since 2005.

i know you're joking....
but am i asking too much for better finishing and decision making in and around the box?
i feel like great teams don't make as many silly mistakes as we do sometimes.

Baby Keith or Hendo MotM for me. Both played their balls off.

Never been a hendo hater, could always take or leave him. I think that’s changing as late, he’s been playing really well. Well enough to warrant a start each week IMO.

City lost to Spurs yesterday and looked like arse.
We beat a good team 2-0. Just take it.

Credit where it's due.
He was great and much better in that position. Would love to keep that midfield going with Gini, Keita and Hendo rotating.
Fab does so damn much for the shape of the team and allows everyone else to get forward. It doesn't always show but he's been great this year too and will only get better.

I won’t disagree that we could’ve finished chances better. Thought the defense also was a little leaky and lost concentration a couple times but it never cost us
That said, we had very long periods where we looked damn good. Great free flowing attacks and buildups. Cleaning up lost possessions and counters pretty well.
That midfield looked damn good too and Keïta looking like he’s figuring it out a bit more. And Henderson looked great too. A bit more 13/14 Henderson and just constantly making things happen.
And we were so close to finally seeing Shaq’s return

A ton of his criticism over the years has been deserved but damn he has looked really good in this new role the last 2 games
Anyone’s opinion of him aside, nobody can deny his love and passion for the club. Him lifting a trophy would just be awesome for him and awesome for us with the unlimited meme material

Unsurprisingly, it's "shite on Mo Salah" time in the Soccer World again.

jordan henderson holding the PL and CL trophies would make every single manc's head explode. my united friends would never, ever hear the end of it.

Thats his natural role... its what he has been up until he was moved to the #6 a couple of seasons ago...

It will be nuts watching him lift a trophy Gerrard never was able to hoist. He may not have “brought it home” this summer but silverware in Liverpool is on the brink of happening.

Apparently we're negotiating with Nike to be our new kit sponsor in a "record-breaking" deal (so more than Man U)...
Not a huge fan of Nike (although Spurs kits this year are really nice), but I'm all for the club bringing in more money

I saw that too but holding onto hope for new balance. Surely NB and FSG have a solid working relationship since they’re in the same city.
Posted on 4/11/19 at 10:49 am to parrothead
I just don't see NB being able to match a mega offer that Nike might be able to make...
I mean our home kits are virtually impossible to screw up, but I'll be interested to see what they do for away and third if the deal goes through
