I think Monaco, even if they sell Lemar, with the purchases they've brought in will still be top 3 in Ligue 1, so I agree that IMO it would make sense for them to sell, especially if they can get that kind of money and Origi in return.
But the transfer market this summer has been totally insane and unpredictable, so who the hell knows?

Because why wouldn't you make this splash to buy him only to find out in your medical a year later that there's a heart condition/hip displacement or some other issue that warns you off. Remember when we had that forward (Remy? Someone else) 4 or so years ago and then our medical squashed it due to a heart defect?
There will be an additional medical next year, but yeah, a medical now makes perfect sense.

Thats why I think we keep him. If we give in here, we'll have Firmino, Mane, Salah, et al all doing similar things in the next 3-5 years. We need to establish ourselves as a destination to win things now.
