yeah, we haven't won anything in Coutinho's time here... I get why he wants to go...
The timing is a different story all together, but it is what it is now..
Making UCL once every now and then is not gonna keep players here.. we need to be in it on a yearly basis and competing for the EPL title... then we'll start to keep these players, though I think the draw of the Spanish giants will always be appealing to South Americans... that happens to every other club too..
What I dont think we'll see anymore is our players wanting to go to the other big clubs in the EPL.. (Torres, Suarez, Sterling). As long as Klopp is here and we keep improving..
Klopp is getting us there and recruiting players that want to be here, turning down others to do so.. Keita and VVD..
I'm glad VVD is in.. We know Klopp is more attack focused, but it finally looks like he is addressing the defense.
I mean at the beginning of the season, 4 out of the starting 5 at the back were still Rodgers hold overs... and the other was free.. this is assuming Clyne was healthy..

No idea of true or not, but Mundo is saying Real tried to hijack the deal earlier this week with a £177mm offer... wow!

Hell, I will enjoy watching him play with Luis and Messi.. I wish Neymar was still there..
Coutinho is a great player, but he's no Suarez in terms of importance to the team IMO

100% agree, if we spend well (which I have no doubt in Klopp in that respect), we'll be fine long term

this is the biggest difference that many Liverpool fans, understandably, have become gun shy about...
all of our managers have been able to spend money, but only Klopp has done it wisely....

So one of the newest rumors out there is Kevin Strootman. Honestly, I haven’t seen much of him since his injury, but if he’s gotten back to the player he used to be, that would be some very good business.

If true, maybe a replacement for Can/injured Hendo?
Looks like he played 45 matches in all competitions in 2016-17 and 19 so far in 2017-18 since his 2015 knee surgery.

He's kind of that B2B/DM hybrid... Sounds like a Klopp type..
If he passes a medical I'd be stoked to have him... not sure how much he'd cost. Rumor is we want Alisson to as a GK...
