I had realized during the Italy-China match that China had only scored one goal in group play yet had four points. Must really kill teams like Scotland/Argentina etc knowing they scored four goals yet China moves on. Sometimes it's all about the group you're and and grinding out results...

The US women have an older than average team. Hopefully, we can win this world cup! I still believe that we will win!
We need to be developing technically gifted athletic players at all positions. Our relative dominance in the past will not be sustainable unless we have players such as Rose Lavalle throughout the team. Other countries, especially the Euros are probably surpassing us in young player development on the technical side in many cases. It is beginning to show on the pitch.

If we want to stay at the top our players are going to have to go play in Europe.
Also, Rapinoe is a nasty skank and an embarrassment to our team and country. Hope she suffers a tournament ending injury in the 1st minute of the next game.

I was trying to refrain from commenting on her even though she's objectively terrible now, screams for attention at every opportunity, including her pink dyke hair, it's a disgrace that she's our captain, and though at least she got off her carpet munching knees still stands there like she has a dildo up her anus during the anthem.
However, after her anti-American, self-promoting (which by the way it's disgusting those two things aren't diametrically opposed), dumb count rant yesterday she's dead to me and I hope some proud Frenchie puts her studs right through her shin tomorrow and Rapinoe receives the red card for it.
Kudos to the rest of our beautiful patriots who stand and play with honor and pride for this great nation that has helped bless them with their wonderful opportunity.

I honestly couldn't care less how Rapinoe or any other sports figure thinks politically. Just perform well on the field.
She's not doing that right now, she should be benched for that, not her beliefs.
