I agree with you and I could care less about her beliefs, but she is outspoken against the country whose crest she wears and represents with her actions on and off the field. Kaepernick could do whatever the hell he wanted but he wasn't playing for the USA.
Rapinoe should not be able to represent the USA given her actions, and that was before she sucked arse on the field. The other teammates involved in that suit and etc complaining about wages things are at least going about it in a professional manner. It just shows how pathetic the coach and federation are.

No not really once you become a NT member you can say what you like but if you get resistance back, don’t play the card they’re using.

It goes back to the (intelligent) parts of the Kaepernick debate. If you're going to cause a distraction, you better be good enough to warrant it.
When it comes to Pinoe and Krieger, this is more than likely it for them in terms of the USWNT regardless of what they say just because they are on the backside of their careers.
I'd be interested to see what would happen if a young up-and-coming and/or fringe player were this outspoken.
