Fab is such a game changer for us when he is in there. That was a thing of beauty today from the boys.

Ox had his best match in a long time... That was fun to watch...
I almost felt bad for them, watching them trying to play out of the back...

Two goals just oozing technique and screaming masterclass.
That’s with having started a reserve mid and a youngster alongside him.
I fricking love this team. Good, bad, or indifferent.

Great game.
We get caught out on defense too much but when you have VVD in the middle it helps. He was my MOTM.

4 ridiculously high-class goals at Goodison Park. What a display.

We are going to be tough to beat all year. I’m just really worried about AFCON.

AFCON could be the difference in a title or no title this season.

With the way Diogo is playing, it may not matter.
Also, we made it through a Merseyside Derby without a season ending injury! Its a Christmas miracle!

He’s on another level right now, but who will step in and provide what Salah and Manè do?
Origi is ok, but not nearly as dynamic. No amino has been in good form off the bench, and so has Ox, but are either of them going to provide what we need in the absence of two amazing wingers?
Just a thought. I love Jota, but our forward depth isn’t all that hot.
I guess I should look at the projected games they’ll miss and determine what I expect from that.

Brentford, Palace, and Leicester
Assuming Firmino will be around. Probably see Firmino, Jota, Origi/Ox. Not sure where Taki fits in, but hope he does. Suppose it could be Origi/Taki and leave Ox as midfield depth.

Lets see how the Chelsea match ends, but I expect all three points from this lineup..
No need to rotate today with our UCL group sewn up!
