I had a feeling Konate would start after the UCL match...
WTF? Is TAA injured?

CP fan here. Take it easy on the red & blue today!
Conor Gallagher (Chelsea loan) has been a godsend for CP. Seems like he is always making the correct runs to the box. He has taken some of the pressure off of Zaha and the entire attacking unit has improved because of it. Would love for Gallagher to stick around after this season, but he is a home grown Chelsea kid. No doubt he’ll want to go back to his home club.
Odsonne Edouard made a huge splash in his debut action last week - 2 goals in his first few minutes against a short handed Spurs squad. It will be interesting to see how much he plays today.
Not expecting much from CP today. I think it will be a positive if they can just maintain pressure while in their attacking zone. You can easily see the improvements on that end of the pitch over the last few games. They need to show that improvement against the elites and last weeks match was a great start to that.
CP could become a very fun team to watch with the young guys they’ve brought over.
Here’s to a fun game

Just saw this on twitter

quote:
Is now a good time to mention James Milner has been sent off twice for Liverpool...both against Crystal Palace...and both for fouls on Wilfred Zaha...who he marks today...

anyone having issues with peacock stream?

Zaha seemed to turn on his aggressiveness switch last week. I think Gallagher’s runs to the box has created more space for Zaha to operate. Hopefully he gives Milner fits!

“4th best team, can’t break anyone down, we need an attacker”
City looks like shite today.
If we stay healthy, we’re in this all the way

What a great game to watch. Palace are good and Vieira is a legit boss. Mo is making a hands down case for the ballon d’or if he keeps apace.

Score line didn’t do Palace justice at all, but always love when we grind out those types of wins
Liverpool of years past would’ve given up a late goal for a 1-1 draw

Mo just keeps going and going.
It’s awesome to watch and happy for keita. Hopefully a big boost for him.

Still true, until we actually can do that and have depth up top.
Be better.

I was thinking this too. Could have easily been a 4-2 or 4-3 type of score line.

Saw Thiago limped off. No reports on it. Any thoughts

Good game, fellas.
Palace had chances. They showed their speed in the wings & in transition. Liverpool just kept having those long stretches of possession by net. It was only a matter of time before something got through. Oh well…it was fun.
Good luck the rest of the way, gents

This is all I’ve seen so far:
“The only little bit that overshadowed [the game] was Thiago, but we hope it is not serious,” said the manager. “He felt his calf and now we hope really it is not that serious.”
