Well it’s the market lol
Two world record fees from one club in a year changes the market

It's hypocritical for sure, but idgaf, in the words of the late Al David (RIP), Just Win Baby!

I’m happy to see Liverpool spend money
But Klopp gets away with tons of shite bc the media loves him

For sure, I'm also glad to see Liverpool spending, and rumor is they aren't done yet (want to sign a #10)... The last 3 windows have been good for them (even if it has cost some serious coin)

We are in no way cheap, just not on the same level.

quote:They spent £106.97m, but recouped £109.98m from sales. Only spent on Auba (£57.38m), Lacazette (£47.70m), and Konstantinos Mavropanos (£1.89m). Kolasinac came in on a free.
Arsenal spent pretty big in Wenger’s last year
They sold Ox, Theo, Giroud, Coquelin, Szczesny, Gabriel, and Gibbs, also swapped Sanchez for Mkhitaryan.
I'm fine with what they have done as far as transfers this window. You won't see them spending 67m for a keeper, but they've added a young CDM in Torreira and GK in Leno, an experienced CB in Sokratis, and another young CM in Matteo Guendouzi for 71m. Just have to hope Ramsey signs a new contract.

The criticisms have nothing to do with Pool spending money. That's the nature of the business. They need to. The problem is he bitched about other "big clubs" spending huge amounts and that it 'wasn't his way'. And now....it's his way......

Yeah, a lot of boo-hooing blaming other teams for them paying high prices. No one asked you to double the highest price ever paid for a keeper or over pay for a CB by 20m.

That should put their net spending around 33 mil

You might want to add 80 million to that

Why the frick do fans of good club argue over spending money. I see it all the time on social media. It’s fricking stupid.
10m, 40m, 100m...who gives a shite?

Juergen Klopp is definitely the best manager that wasn’t won anything going all the way back to the last 5 years.

I only bitch when people in the past have about City doing it.
I personally have no problem with any club spending money. But when a rival supporter talks shite about City ruinin the market then breaks the transfer record for two different positions i’m gonna let them know they’re hypocrites.
Two weeks ago Liverpool fans were saying Alisson was overrated for the money and that they were glad the transfer wasn’t going to happen when it was reported as such. Now they’re all excited.
Most club’s supporters are delusional and dumb as shite at times, but for whatever reason Liverpool fans take it to another level. It’s honestly beyond belief how they act at times
