Better than fricking awful isn't saying much. He was average that drifted into mediocre as the match progressed.

Which Cameron still could have not completely fricked up. How people are blaming Bradely when Cameron so blatantly fricked up twice I will never know

The disconnect is the regulars around here keep proclaiming Bradley as top 3 US player. Then you have the other folks, the less than avid fans, who see the fella who has shite the bed in two straight games.

Portugal brought on a player for the sole reason of shutting down Bradley and it worked. It was a brilliant move and the reason Bradley had no impact on the game in the 2nd half outside of that missed chance. William was shadowing Bradley every time he crossed the midfield line.

I was talking about the multiple turnovers by Bradley. He coughed the ball up at will the 2nd half, including one which led to the Portugal score. I'm not blaming the loss on the guy, but heade crucial mistakes late in the game. Ones that you cannot make if you're the caliber player Bradley is.

This is the best way to put it IMO. He had some great moments in the first half and created some chances, but he also had some bad giveaways and lost possession a bit too much. Then in the 2nd they brought on a CDM to shut him down and it worked. Bradley had some horrible giveaways in the 2nd half and the few times he had space to make a play he picked the wrong pass.

I agree 100% and my comment wasn't aimed at you specifically.

See my above post for my opinion.

Cameron failed at the one rule of defense, DO NOT LET PEOPLE RUN BEHIND YOU.

He was lazy on tracking back there, gave little effort to clear the ball.

However, he is our best CB and played great besides the two biggest frick ups a defender could have.

We all knew Cameron was Cameron. He wouldn't even be in there if Gonzales was fully healthy and fit. Bradley is supposed to be much better. Finish your chances and be smart on the ball. He owes us against Germany. Because we will get crushed by Belgium (again).

Cameron and Besler are hands down our two best central defenders.
