Pepe mugged him in the box and that PK was clear.

more of a PK than the handball IMO but that doesn't always get called.

Agree.

But that last cross was so far in front of the guy there was no way he was going to get it. Should have been a no call.

Maybe so.

Will be interesting to see what the halftime crew says about the calls.

casillas has been terrible so far... should have dealt with the cross on robben's chance and was slow on the PK

Did you not see the handball on the replay? He wasn't using his hand to protect himself and it wasnt on "his body," and he blocked a kick that was in direction of the goal. Thats a clear PK. Intentional or not only matters with the card, and I disagreed with the yellow he was given but it is a PK. The second one is a bit more judgmental but I think it was a PK too.

If the first two pk's were legit, that was another one.

Damn, Bayern are just shredding Madrid's back line, good chance after good chance.

Arm looked to be in a natural position to me for that kind of play.

Agree to disagree.

Great match so far. Reals D is timid considering so many are on their last yellow before suspensions.

WRONG...the defender was actually sliding in an attempt to block the pass...WHO can slide to the ground with BOTH his arms at his side....it's impossible ! The rule is INTENT NOT accidental/incidental...you ever seen players run up and down the field w/ both arms at their sides ?...stupid

That's the kind of handball that's usually only called outside of the box. He didn't have his hands far away from his body and the ball was struck so close to him that there was no way for him to get his arm out of the way. It was ball to hand. All the did wrong was not having his arms absolutely glued to his side but it wasn't like he had them outstretched.

and Robben

although to be fair Madrid's players haven't exactly been trying to maintain their footing when being fouled.
