lol VAR

That is an absolute joke of an offside decision. frick var.

It was harsh, but I can understand the logic behind it being that he attempted to play the ball and interfered with the nearest defender.

I actually agree with it. Maguire was involved in the play because the backside defender came to him freeing up Garnacho.

Do you not remember our goal vs city last year Rashford running for the ball offside dragging the defenders with him. Him not touching the ball. He interfered with play tremendously and that goal was given? The inconsistency with var is dumb as frick that’s my biggest gripe.

So was this decision a joke like you said? Or are you saying that Rashford’s should have also been disallowed?
Posted on 11/4/23 at 8:21 am to BlackCoffeeKid
Yes it’s a joke if it’s clearly being given as a goal in other situations across the league.

Two wrongs don’t make a right.
You’re pretty much saying that even though they got a previous decision wrong, they should also incorrectly rule this one for the sake of being consistent.

No if it’s clearly not a set rule how can one be right and the other be wrong? Like it said on the broadcast it’s subjective and I personally think thats bullshite. It should be a clear black and white obvious call/ruling.
It lets in way to much room for inconsistent calls and errors which ruins the experience.

Antony is terrible
He’s given the ball away about 8 times

Pellestri is so clear of Anthony it’s not even up for debate.

He actually put effort in though

State of Var trying to keep McSauce from his ballon d’or

Can United simply forfeit the rest of the season? This is pathetic.

We were actually playing damn good until that bullshite Red card

Yup and if the ref goes to the monitor it always gets overturned whatever it is. Idk what the point of it is if the decision is already made. But nonetheless if that happens shite 10 years ago and the ref catches it it’s a yellow.
