That goal deserved to win a match. World class!

I felt safer with Joe in that backline over Konate.

Ibou still has some howlers for sure.
Also wanted to give a shout out to Kerkez, he certainly had his hands full with Noni but did quite well.

Congrats on great win. That goal was exactly like the Messi goal I saw in person versus team USA live in Houston except his was to the right corner. (Seeing that live was worth the price of admission) LINK

I literally told my son before the shot this is a Messi goal and Liverpool doesn’t have a Messi. Apparently, I was wrong you do. Brilliant move on the foul too, it looked like zoomi had that ball easy.

Anyway, sorry for posting on your board, American gunner here, probably supposed to hate you guys or something but I always liked Liverpool too. Much respect. Now off to buy the 6 pack I lost to my Liverpool buddy. Congrats again.

Kerkez and Konate much improved today... shame he went off injured, hope its something minor...

Szobo.. what a fricking hit!

Not worried about Wirtz's slow start at all.. he'll be just fine..

edit: Macca still seems off it a bit, I'm guessing he's still gaining match fitness..

Now lets close Isak and Guehi!

Top of the table!

I thought Konate was pretty good today... I know hes had a rough start to the season, but Guehi or not... he'll be our starting RCB when healthy, more often than not...

He was better than the first few games but he still had two or three boneheaded plays where VVD and Szobo had to save him, and they let him know about it each time. But he did look more engaged today.

He wasn't bad today, just felt more comfortable in my gut with Gomez in there. And I'm not a huge Gomez fan.

I think Konate is one of the most overrated CBs in the world. VvD doesn't get enough praise for playing alongside him

Guehi should be an instant starter ahead of him, if y'all were to finalize it

Isak in boys! Holy shite. If we get guehi… geez we would have to be the best team in all of Europe possibly. At least attack wise

Beat Arsenal at Anfield with a worldie, bring in Isak and Guehi and sell Harvey Elliot at max value.

That's one hell of a 24 hours for the club.
