Yeah around that region. He would fit in well too. Wenger loves attractive football, so it could be a seamless transition. I'm getting ahead of myself though haha
ETA: I guess we know that Rodgers won't overpay either. I respect the hell out of him for handling the Gylfi situation the way he did

No doubt, me too... but after a slow start to the summer we are starting to hear/see activity about us in the market...
Leaving for Boston a week from tomorrow and I am excited, wish Suarez was not in the Olympics...

I'll see what I can do, they'll have to be from my phone... not much of a camera person... but I'm sure I'll get some

Buys of Borini, Demps, and Walcott would make me one happy Red. What an exciting season to look forward to if we could land all three this summer.

So right now it looks like the real transfer possibilities are Dempsey, Theo Walcott, and Joe Allen.
We all know about Dempsey. And I consider Walcott to be somewhat of a longshot, but damn we could use him on the wing.
Somebody tell me about Joe Allen. His name seems to be popping up a lot lately, but I don't know a thing about him other than he was at Swansea under Rodgers.
ETA: I'm also assuming the Ramirez deal is over?

Newcastle offering 13.5 million pounds to bring back Carrol outright. Pardew doesn't want to give up Ba.

Take 13.5 and run Pool! There is no place for him in BR's mini Barca.

I'm all ears also.

He's surprisingly good with the ball at his feet for an ogre his size. I'd give him a chance. If he can make it happen we'll have something Barcelona never will: An aerial threat up top.

I'd imagine Joe Allen would compete with Jay Spearing for playing time. He's a better passer than Spearing, and is pretty good at tackling. Allen is about Spearing's size though, and probably needs to pair with someone centrally to give him an easy outlet.

Well seeing as Spearing is probably the worst tackler I've ever seen, I'd say Joe has a good shot at starting.

You mean the Welsh Iniesta.

Well the Welsh don't want to claim him anymore now that he's playing for team GB in the Olympics.

I was thinking about getting a subscription. I do love dealing with raw data, but I might spend more time looking at numbers than I already do.
