3 more games without Suarez? This is disgusting...
I can't believe we haven't done any business this window, except sign kids...

Carroll's looked decent, but damn we don't play to his strengths... Although, I don't think we have the players to give him the right service...
I read an article earlier this week, where KK said Downing has been better than we thought...

starting?
they have BEEN a mid table team for a little while now... however, in the mind of all 'Pool fans, we only see them as a top 4 club, but time to face facts that we just are not very good with Suarez and we are a complete joke without him.... I'm starting to question every single position at this point... Keeper, defenders, midfielders, and certain forwards... Big names, little production...

RT @RebeccaLowe11: Dalglish just said some players won't be in red shirts much longer if play like that again. Said they were disrespectful
Good. Time for this coddling shite to go. The "Downing is better than I even thought" is pandering nonsense.
A lot of these guys are bad but the worst part is the lack of effort and next level desire. Adam, Downing, Johnson etc. Just miserable to watch

Wish more had the heart of Bellamy...

i expect the tough "talk" from Dalglish.... now, let's see if he puts his money where his mouth is.... talking is one thing, doing is another.....
IMO, it's just a way to basically get the heat off him a bit, put it on the players, and cover his own arse.... but really, i feel his lackluster coaching is a big part of the problem....

Who else just knew that when Charlie Adam made that nice run forward, there was no way in hell he was going to lay that ball off to a wide open Maxi?
He always shoots.... Every once in awhile it takes a deflection and goes in... Still pissed!

I wonder who KK was talking about.

that's because he's a glory hog. I know it. I will confirm this at some point, or attempt to, but everything in his play and demeanor suggests it.
Worst part is, he's not very talented. When Gerrard does it, you know full well he's capable of pulling off something magical. Adam though, well look out those seated in Row F.

Liverpool made Bolton look like Tottenham today

Jesus Christ I couldn't agree with this more.
I don't think its Kenny's fault but at this point I can't even say why anymore. Things are dire, and the next week is going to make a huge difference in the future of this club.
On the bright side I think Carrol had his best game yet. He looked great out there. Maybe there's still hope for him finding form.

I'm not really a pool fan, but I thought I would put this here anyway:

It's funny because it's true.

Just a quick update on the Suarezless matches:
(12/30) Newcastle (H) 3-1 (Fulham ban-1) Prem
(1/3) Manchester City (A) 0-3 (Evra ban-1) Prem
(1/6) Oldham (H) 5-1 (Evra ban-2) FA Cup
(1/11) Manchester City (A) 1-0 (Evra ban-3) League Cup
(1/14) Stoke (H) 0-0 (Evra ban-4) Prem
(1/21) Bolton (A) 1-3 (Evra ban-5) Prem
(1/25) Manchester City (Evra ban-6) (H) League Cup
(1/28) Manchester United (Evra ban-7) (H) FA Cup
(1/31) Wolves (A) (Evra ban-8) Prem
(2/6) Tottenham (H) Suarez retuns!!!
I think most of our worst fears have been realized; without Suarez our attack simply has no teeth. Before his ban though we could best be described as wasteful, at least we were creating chances...after 6 matches without him, the creativity is non-existent.

Well we are finding out the hard way what we knew all along. Time to splash some cash!

With only a few days left and little to no activity I'm preparing for the worst. Hopefully the Bolton nightmare will wake the club up.

By the way, I'm looking for persuasive arguments as to why I should skip class on Wednesday to watch the game to Finns. Can we get a headcount/reasons why I should go watch us blow the 1 goal aggregate?

don't be dumb, Man City is a good team so we'll beat them. The final though against a Championship side? meh
