This is the line-up I've been waiting all year to see. This is what I have been calling for. Maxi, Bellamy, Gerrard and Carroll all starting. If we don't score goals today then there is no hope.

So frustrating to watch these guys. Just a complete lack of quality all over the pitch. Once Lucas went down so did Liverpool. It is very unfortunate.

More shots, more crosses than any other club. Poor results. I think it's the philosophy that is wrong.

The announcers had a point earlier. This squad has no identity. Each fixture is a different formation with different personnel. I understand experimenting with a new squad, but were past the halfway mark and seemingly pull names out of a hat for who is going to start.

Kenny has really had no choice. Not having Suarez is limiting, but losing Lucas is just devastating.
