I said it a month ago, I'll say it again. We need another holding mid and another CB. The midfield got passed through way too easy multiple times. Palace also kept playing that diagonal ball over the top to Munoz with Kerkez either pushed up or pinched in.

Szobo just isn't a holding mid. Endo comes on, Dom moves to the 10 and he gets off a great shot from distance within the first minute. He's built to make attacking runs into the box, trigger the press and run at GKs, CBs and Fullbacks with the ball at their feet. Not take on midfielders and attacking players that are carrying the ball forward. Yesterday was confirmation for me that we don't win the league last season without Gravenberch's giant leap forward at the #6.
