Read the book Foul. Great read on fifa. And this was before all the recent stuff went down with Blatter, Platini, etc.

The reiteration of the non retaliation policy was a nice touch. "We won't look but you better hope we don't find out". I just started with a company that went from 600 employees to 2200 in two years, we have huge problems but I feel like managing 200 shouldn't be that difficult.
