Once again, a lead is blown to a shite side. This team is reeling. Enzo looks lost.

Chalobah looks very solid. That loan did him good. Sanchez is dog shite. Please bring back Djorge. We need a finisher better than Jackson. Not saying send him away, just bring in a finisher. Desperately needed those 3 points. City on Saturday should be fun.

I thought that he was solid.

They don’t grow on trees my man. Osimhen may be at Chelsea soon, but I would prefer Tell.

Agreed.

FWIW, I thought the level of play was pretty high overall.

We can do better than Sanchez. That ball was easily caught or punched away and he managed to misplay it which lead to an easy equalizer. Pathetic. And his foot work and distribution suck. He’s so very average and with our shaky back line, we need better there.

Cucurella continues to be very important to this project. Aside from Palmer and Caicedo, he’s the most important piece.

I respectfully disagree. He is better than average imho.

Fair enough. They are working on that from what I can understand.

Those three plus Enzo (who has played at an elite level…despite results) are next level. RJ, when he isn’t injured, is elite. Jackson is famed close as well, frustratingly close…or just frustrating.

Just a reminder:

Cuch was slow to track AND was on the wrong side of the attacker. It’s rare that he fricks up, but that goal was 100% on him.

Haha, we do match up well with them.

On another note, their best attacking player either didn’t play as of late (or played a handful of minutes). Without him, they have no legit counter, which means parking the bus. 3-0, 3-0 was the end result.

With him, they are usually much better (although him being lazy gave Tosin his goal).

Cucurella going forward is dynamic
especially with enzo and caicedo in the middle
neto/sanchez were solid as well

we saw today why reece james is so important

Maybe if we didn't get down to Bournemouth at home we wouldn't have to worry about time wasting

In addition to whipping Newcastle, Bournemouth are currently skull dragging Forrest. It’s 3-0, but it hasn’t been that close. It’s truly one way traffic.

They may be the hottest team in the league at the moment.

My point is, they aren’t some shitbag squad, especially at their current level of play.

ETA 5-0…and it wasn’t that close.

Sanchez needs to be demoted after the Haaland goal. That was terrible, not in any position the help on defense or protect the goal.

We can’t beat an average City, much less any top side worth a shite. Terrible goal keeping, shitty back line and nobody that can finish. And now we want another winger or midfielder in the window? wtf are we doing?

No man’s land.

The reality is that Sanchez isn’t good enough. He is serviceable (not shite), but he simply makes too many costly errors.

They are going to have to address the position this summer. Maresca has said as much.

They aren’t average, and they were the home side.

shitty back line

Cuch was on trailing, and on the wrong side of his man (again). He is great inverted, but that’s two goals in the last 4 matches that are 100% on him.

and nobody that can finish.

Palmer made a meal of a 2 v 1.
It happens.

Smart business?

We need a left winger (or…someone that plays both).

As for midfielder, we may have 2 or 3 leaving on loan.
