Corona, Goodson, Brad Davis, and Jose Torres added to roster for Tuesday.

Brooks went back to his club. Clay Goodson will likely start.

You're probably right. what about:
Bacon up top is more than capable to drop into the mid like a false 9 and get the ball, which would allow Donovan and Dempsey to make slashing runs in the box. Not like a holdup CF like Jozy, but an advanced playmaker role. Imagine the interchanging that front 4 could do.
Torres impressed in the Gold Cup and looked real smooth on the ball and was a possession hub. Let him partner with Jones(destroyer) and let JFT play more advanced. He's much more comfortable and efficient in the middle of the park anyway, as opposed to the wing, where he played primarily in the gold cup. Plus, he plays in Mexico and is probably familiar with some of these guys and the mexican playing style.

That's not a good sign after that performance last night. Unless there's some good reason for him to go back right now.
Maybe Cameron over Parkhurst. Maybe Mix over either Jones or Beckerman. I wouldn't start Torres. I like Bedoya over Corona b/c I think Bedoya does more defensive work.

He was scheduled to do that before the game.

People on this board have been really slow to pick up on the fact that Cameron is suspended.

With the vulnerability at CB now, people need to brace for a start by Beckerman. It's happening.

It should happen. We need his stability and positioning in front of our CB's. Without Bradley the midfield will be disjointed regardless, so we might as well offer as much support to the back line as possible. Beckerdreads does that.
Important Edit: Coffee

The way the picture looks of him injuring it, he may no be back by the next two qualifiers either. Thats a high ankle sprain and he likely won't be normal again for 6-8 weeks, and then has to get fit.
My high ankle sprain still had bleeding (bruising) 3-4 weeks into it. It was a good 3 or so months before it really felt fine, and even longer before I felt like it had regained its full strength.

If we start Beckerman along side Jones I'm turning off the TV and crying myself to sleep.

Jones just kills me with how inconsistent he is. He was hot garbage for most of the first half Friday. He did pick it up, but way too late.
Relying on him to lead the midfield does not inspire confidence. Its an emotional overreaction but I almost think they would be better w/ Beckerman/Mixx and sitting Jones.

Jesus Christ, now we have amateur doctors posting on here giving prognosis on one picture.

Chill out dude. I can't give an opinion? Might as well shut down the board if we're not able to post anything thats not 100% fact. Have fun with that.
Given the fact that I've had a bad high ankle, sprain, I thought the timeline was relevant. Bradley will have access to much better rehab though.
It looks bad. That isn't a slight turn that you walk off minutes later and are fairly fine.

This X1000. I wish he would just play the role he plays for Schalke, which correct me if I'm wrong Hendo is a midfield destroyer type?
Let Mix go forward a bit more. I don't think we know how to run a double pivot.
Also for someone who plays CL ball Jones is extremely slow when it comes to his thinking on the pitch.

Huge relief!
I was prepared for the worst, broken with ligament damage.. Thank goodness it's just a sprain.

Even though he is def out for Tuesday, I'm starting to gain some (irrational) confidence about Tuesday.
