I just don't see how it's possible for someone who's a fan of the national team to not be a huge fan of the best player we've ever produced.

New temper tantrums are fun
This is an improvement on our biweekly Suarez shitfests

Yeah the difference is I'd just laugh and probably go watch some tv or something. Not throw a three hour long temper tantrum.
May have mixed up the Liverpool posters, but are you one of the guys who has posted like "I cannot sleep tonight because I am so nervous for the match tomorrow." Come on man, I know you are trolling, but it seems hypocritical (if you posted stuff like that).
You have spent thousands of posts defending Suarez.

dude, his posts are about how he doesn't like Donovan's face
That's the depth of his argument. That's the kind of bullshite you are going to support?

Man tough crowd. You guys are way too serious.
Posted on 5/22/14 at 11:17 pm to hendersonshands
not only that, but he has come up biggest exactly when we needed him and on the biggest stages. he's not like messi or some shite. every time i have been like "we need landon to make some magic right now," there he fricking is.

But it is really douchey wouldn't you agree?

Serious question. What was the last meaningful game the US played? In my opinion, it would be the game against Mexico in Columbus. How did we play that game? Howard Fab-Gonzalez-Goodsen-Beasley Beckerman-Jones Donovan-Dempsey-Bedoya Eddie Johnson
Always been a Landon fanboy myself, but I think the team is more likely to score against elite competition with Zusi in that RM spot.
Basing that off of the past 3 years and the service Zusi provides.

Don't get me wrong, I liked the guy. But he was never my favorite.
I've always been rubbed the wrong way by Donovan. He's seems like a weasel to me. I'm sorry, but I can't help it. I love what he has done for us, but I've always found him difficult to pull for individually.
I can think of tons of guys I have liked more than him in my years as a USA fan.
McBride
Onyewu
Beasley
Altidore
Dempsey (even he isn't my favorite)
Davies
Edu
Bradley
Bocanegra
Howard
Pope
Friedel
Reyna
Just to name a few.

He is the greatest player we've ever produced. He just never was my favorite USMNTer. Just different tastes and all that about players we like the most. Don't take it personal, guy.

I don't know how many times I have to say I'm butthurt before it registers with everyone.
Posted on 5/22/14 at 11:20 pm to hendersonshands
It's registered. I only troll when people are legit IRL mad. I just can't resist. I thought I was making it overly obvious but some surprisingly still took the bait.

Honestly, if we're going to go with douchey faces, I think the US team is pretty low on the douche factor, outside of Jermaine Jones.
I would have said Beckerman, but he actually seems to be a cool dude rather than a caricature of that Rasta character Andy Samberg plays.
Do you just really hate 5 for Fighting or something?

I never liked any of his hairstyles.

I'm not taking anything personally. I'm just trying to figure out why. Is it a personality thing?

he doesnt have a lot of options, man
Posted on 5/22/14 at 11:25 pm to Keys Open Doors
Becks is my least favorite player in international soccer so he's a poor example .
Posted on 5/22/14 at 11:25 pm to rockchlkjayhku11
His early days, though, were rough.
