Partey plays his best game at Arsenal… then goes off to AFCON. Hopefully he stays in form when he gets back and we can handle the next few games without him.

That City game was absolute pain at the final whistle.

Carabao Cup Semifinals and FA Cup 3rd round for our next three games.

Would be nice to win the FA Cup game and win both ties of the Carabao Cup Semifinal games.

AS Roma are still waiting for Arsenal decision over Ainsley Maitland-Niles proposal made days ago. Loan bid with buy option for €10m on the table - no obligation included.

Ainsley Maitland-Niles set for a straight loan move to Roma.

#AFC wanted loan with obligation/option but Roma have offered significant loan fee.

Talks over permanent move will resume towards the end of the 24-year-old's spell in Italy
Looks like it's a €2m loan fee. Not bad.

We have to bring in a midfielder if this is the case. The only senior midfielders are Xhaka and Lokonga right now.

Jack Wilshire advert to find a new job

It’s amazing. Do yourself a favor and watch it.

Arsenal v Liverpool has been postponed after the EFL granted a request from #LFC.

LFC have forfeited home advantage in second leg which means first game will be at Anfield on Jan 13, return at Emirates on Jan 20.

We’ve been charged by the FA. I’m starting to believe the tin hat folks on Twitter.

quote:

Arsenal FC has been charged with a breach of FA Rule E20.1 following its Premier League game against Manchester City FC on Saturday [01/01/22]. It is alleged that Arsenal FC failed to ensure its players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during the 59th minute and the club has until Friday [07/01/22] to respond.

Looks like we were fined 20,000. Not too bad but still bullshite.

Tavares was dreadful that half.

Not having depth in the midfield is kinda brutal, having to play 3 starters this match.

That performance today

Cant believe the Midfield looked that bad. Doesn't give me much hope for Liverpool and Spurs next. There is just no depth on this squad, it is incredibly concerning.

nuno got subd at the 35th minute and wasn’t happy

tells me everything about his performance

dominate possession and zero SOG with many regulars in the game

lack of depth has been been a concern w/ arsenal.
they don’t have the horses to go deep in all these tournys and they aren’t even playing in europa

guess they’ll be able to just focus on the League once LP facefricks them in a few weeks.

He's been rejecting contract offers from us which is not good because Arteta still somehow sees something in him

Middlesbrough will complete the loan signing of Arsenal youngster Folarin Balogun today. Middlesbrough will pay a loan fee of around £1m, will cover 15% of Balogun’s salary & manager Chris Wilder told the player he will be used as a central striker.

Crystal Palace are in talks to sign Eddie Nketiah, who is out of contract at the end of the season. Palace’s offer of £12m was rejected last summer when Arsenal wanted closer to £20m.

What is yalls take on the lineup? It's pretty much the entire starting XI minus 3 or so players, and that is more to do with AFCON and injury absence. Ramsdale is even starting over Leno, it's clear Arteta is full send in trying to win this.

To me this cup doesn't really matter at all, but rather having the starters rested for the prem league matches does. Finishing top 4 should be the only thing on Arteta's mind.

Well that didn't take long. Unfortunately I had over 35 min before our walking yellow card did something dumb...and boy was it dumb.
