I just want Saka, and Martinelli to get some rest for Spurs this weekend now. Please make some subs.
My thoughts still stand, if anything the lads will be run even more ragged now than had they been rested initially.

I cannot believe Xhaka was actually the captain of this team at one point. That is enough evidence to question whether Arteta is the right man for the job.

The next 2 January fixtures you either have to play Saka, Martinelli, ESR, Odegaard, Lokanga every minute, or you need to have Charlie Patino come on for serious minutes. Midfield was shown to be weak in the FA cup, they are incredibly thin, and now this joker is out the next 3 fixtures.
This match meant next to nothing, and now Xhaka's actions have seriously hurt them getting points against Spurs and Burnley in a desperate fight for top 4.

Odegaard is probably out for Tottenham since he tested positive for COVID today.

This is how I felt in the FA cup. After Lacazette came on there was literally not one single attacking option to bring on. This squad just has no quality depth currently.
Holding and Chambers have already come on, so Mari and Tavares can maybe come on for White/Gabriel and Tierney.

Not sure on how true this is, but there are rumors the Sunday match could be postponed now with Xhaka suspended and Cedric injured. Might not have 13 senior players + keeper.
Guess it depends on if Odegaard is cleared of Covid by then, and whatever is going on with Tommy and ESR.

In 263 minutes against 10 men, we've scored 3 goals, 2 of which were penalties.
Don't get me wrong, Arsenal were superb defensively. Especially with how much we switch the ball. Lesser teams' legs would've fallen off.
But Liverpool are atrocious attacking ten men.
