I must say, that was actually pretty darn exciting, both teams giving their all.

That's fair, I can't speak to that as I didn't watch that match. But this was like a heavyweight bout where both guys are just whaling on each other at the end with the overwhelming favorite barley winning on points.

Yep. That’s about how I feel, but I think Argentina vs France was better overall because it wasn’t so one sided. It was two powers going back and forth. This one with Cape Verde was cool because it was a huge underdog vs a power house that made the most of their opportunities.

Cape Verde didn’t just play to hang on…they were going after Argentina with possession, technical skills. I was blown away.

Still think it was Manchester City vs QPR for me, but this was an incredible game.

I rank it in the top. May actually take the top as I agree with him in that this game showed the world one of the greatest examples of heart and determination.
There will be a movie about this team one day that will become the Cool Runnings for a new generation.
As far as how I rank it in my greatest sports games I've witnessed, it's up there with:
