I'm a fan of Elon and it's not a flying car.
It is a car that can jump on it's own in a controlled way, and that's pretty cool.
Why do people keep trying to force me into pretending things are what they aren't?

That's quite dumb.
The technology shown last night was incredible and well beyond schoolgirl excitement lying about what it actually is. It debases what the tech actually is.
Note: I don't think Red Bull gives you wings, or that Cotten's is the king of the grill, either.

That was not a "jump". Jump means to push off a surface and into the air using your legs, or to move, change, or spring suddenly. A tesla doesn't use legs or springs.
