Tolerance is celebrated as a virtue and a mark of high character. Whatever one tolerates one gets more of. Muslims view their Religion as superior to Christianity and the Constitutional Republic, which they view as selfish, heretical and tolerant of all manner of perverse cultural indulgences.
Their Religion encourages deceit towards conquest and a Theocratic totalitarian form of government.
It’s pretty obvious that a confrontation outside of democratic mechanisms is looming as democratic control of Muslim areas become pseudo Muslim Theocratic States.
It’s invasion and conquest pure and simple.

Islam is incompatible with our system of government and values. No Muslim should be allowed to hold office in this country.

The MSM (Lying Media) is the key component to what is ailing America. Until it is reorganized, America will struggle. The Lying Media (MSM) has been programming Americans for quite some time.
In the 60's, there was a cartoon called The Adventures of Johnny Quest. Johnny had a dog named Bandit and his best friend was a muslim named Haji. They flew around the world on Dr. Quest's jet, solving problems.
Yep, even then they were making muslims acceptable to Americans.

Would you just have the Constitutional Amendment specifically name Islam or would you just remove those portions from the 1A entirely so it can apply to any religion or sect you don't like in the future?

Joseph Story was a Supreme Court and Justice and contemporary of the framers of the Constitution.
He explained that the 1st amendment does not compel total separation of church and state.
He explains that general encouragement of Christianity is within the state's purview and the "real object" of the First Amendment was not to place all religions on an equal plane, nor was it to level Christianity by advancing other faiths like Islam or Judaism. The amendment was designed to encourage the Christian religion generally as a matter of sound public policy and exclude all rivalry and infighting among different Christian sects (such as Episcopalians, Presbyterians, or Congregationalists).
The core was to prevent the federal government from granting "exclusive patronage" or establishing a national hierarchy for any single Christian denomination.
While the government can encourage Christianity the limit is that it could not punish people for worshiping non-Christian faiths.
