What the frick. Went from Zelinsky appoints spirit cooker, to Bayou going off on something that I don't even understand what or who he is talking about. To New Orleans being held hostage with something to do with the Mississippi River being low???
Is the rain being withheld to hold New Orleans hostage and some people are negotiating on that???
