I think a lot of you severely underestimate how insanely far right a lot of the younger men in this country are (18-25). Most are more right than I am. Fuentes told all of his followers to vote democrat or just don't vote at all.
There will be a reckoning and a movement in the republican party and it will switch from MAGA to much farther-right America First. Republicans haven't fulfilled their responsibilities and promises made and therefore deserved to lose. I just can't vote dem under any circumstances, and I'm not voting against my own interests/future.

The National Defense side of EO13848 comes in through the intelligence community, which the Office of DNI leads. Several of its members sit inside the Dept of War: NSA, DIA, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, the National Reconnaissance Office, and the intelligence units of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Space Force.
Their role under the order is to gather and assess intelligence for the DNI's report. U.S. Cyber Command has also defended elections against foreign threats, for example in 2018 and 2020, but under its own Title 10 authorities, not this order.
This extraordinary legal order is based on a National Emergency declared under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), the same mechanism behind most U.S. sanctions programs.
What's distinctive is that EO13848 treats foreign interference in an election as a standing national-security emergency and sets an automatic 45-day assessment-and-sanctions cycle after every federal election.
Does anyone believe this is a simple administrative exercise for purposes of bureaucratic Swamp bloat and personal wealth enrichment by self-dealing politicians?

Outwardly, the enemy celebrates.
But inwardly, they are panicked.

Honestly, who else in the party has earned a vacation more than Trump? Remember - he is one of the last actual winners in the GOP. He won in 2016, he won* in 2020, and he won in 2024. Then in 2026, you "America First" dudes came along and fricked it all up.
Remember, the GOP seems to have planned this for literally the last year. They wanted to lose. They told you all they were planning to do so and then that's what they did: they lost.
Let's give the Dems a chance. I'm genuinely excited to see what they have planned. They'll either fix it or they'll crash and burn.
