You body doesn't care which one you eat. If a bunch of fats are convinced that they wouldn't be fat if they just had 50g of table sugar per meal instead of HFCS they're just wrong and probably looking for a scapegoat.

Nothing says Freedom and Liberty more than the government telling its citizens what they can and can’t eat.

Yeah...If I want to eat yellow#5 I'll damn well eat it.
Dumbass comment

We can't have people in office who actually know what they're talking about. We're supposed to have mascots for a social cause telling us how to live our lives.

Okay we found the sugarcane farmer and the corn farmer.
Now which one gets the best government subsidies?

So do you want the government to allow rat poison in your food? If something is known to be poisonous, it should be illegal to put in food. Liberty does not extend to just doing whatever you want. It's not about telling you what you can and cannot eat, it's about telling food companies what they can and cannot feed people. It not legal to poison people with some things, but other poisons are somehow ok, because they don't kill you immediately? Ponder that for a second. It's nuts that it's been allowed.
Sugar isn't healthy. But putting these chemicals in food should be a crime.

Yep, same here. RFK opened my eyes to how unhealthy our food is.
We like to bash obese people for having “poor discipline,” yet I believe there are other things at work here.

I fully support your right to poison yourself. You should begin immediately

HAHA! Pretty sure this is a troll, but I'm loving the MAHA movement as well.

Amazing how times change. Just a few years ago we were all bitching about the Mayor of NYC trying to put a limit on soft drinks.
People know that an 80 ounce sugery drink is unhealthy. People don’t know these dyes are so unhealthy. That’s a huge difference.

This new administration is full of great Americans. They have the potential to change the fate of this country. God bless each of them

I think it is way past time that the safety of the food supply was addressed

Wait. So we ARE for government regulation? I can’t keep it straight.

He has a great point. No one is forcing you to eat Cap’N Crunch. The mantra of “eat around the outside of the grocery store” (i.e. produce, meat, dairy) has existed for decades. People have all the knowledge they need to make the right dietary choices for themselves and their families. If you want to literally make it illegal to use certain additives, that’s fine, but own it… the long and short is people on this board need to just admit that they’ll blow whichever way the MAGA wind does.

He can do no wrong and any expression of disagreement with one of his decisions gets the person labeled as a communist, dumbass, Democrat, cuck...you name it. For simply occasionally disagreeing!
There is no doubt in my mind if Obama had nominated RFK, Jr. for some appointed post, or, if a Democrat appointed head of HHS proposed banning many everyday common foods in grocery stores, the cult worshipers on here would have gone to DefCon 1 in their outrage.
