Fetterman is more coherent than Biden (and Harris)
He uses the wrong words and syntax but you can make out what he actually means.
Biden has dementia and Harris is just completely nonsensical when speaking.

Look, the question is C'mon man. That casket in the alley where the dinner we had last night in the woods. You know, the person when he was alive. Didn't he do that? I think he did. Anyway when I had that dog he would chase the stick Mcchicken and that rib sandwich is probably my favorite but that guy in there whose dead he was OK. A good guy I liked him baseball.
