I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Trump often lacks tact. I wish he wouldn't say some of the things that he says.
Having said that, he is the right man for the job right now. I would much rather have someone in office who says insensitive things, but is focused like a laser on eradicating the rot that is tearing our country apart.
You cannot give a small group of people in our government trillions of dollars and expect them to self monitor. If the opportunity for corruption arises, people will take advantage. The foxes are in charge of the hen house, and they are telling us they need more money.
Every time Trump does something that makes sense, like securing the borders, improving safety in our cities, improving our trade imbalances, preventing us from sending troops into wars that don't concern us, etc, we get a little more insight into the corruption.
We have people supporting HAMAS, supporting transitioning elementary age children, allowing the trafficking of drugs and people over our border, and opposing ANY cuts in waste and fraud (aka corruption).
I'll take a little insensitivity over the status quo.
