If we want to really get into this, Christians should only be voting for candidates that are publicly professing Christians who have publicly aligned themselves with the promotion of Christ as Lord over the US, with the acknowledgment that all rulers have derived authority from Him.
How often do Christians consider the profession of faith of elected leaders rather than just the issues they claim to support?
