Think about it... say that America locked down completely for 2 weeks until it passed us by. Say we then open back up for business... then someone from another country spreads it back to us... what then?

I saw we move forward and handle it like the flu. Work on a cure and use common sense.

This is much easier to spread but far easier on the body than the other two. That's a blessing.

I’m wondering what the odds are that we start having a mandatory spring break every year. If the result this year ends up being less flu deaths some politicians will be convinced this is a good idea every year.

According to the CDC

The H1N1 virus that caused that pandemic is now a regular human flu virus and continues to circulate seasonally worldwide

The chances of it coming back are very low, there has been 1 flu strain that has ever come back stronger and that was the Spanish flu which was an anomaly. On the off chance it did come back it would very likely come back as a less deadly strain.

If there are still China Wuhan virus cases come election time, the left will push for another lockdown in order to have us all vote via their shitty corrupted app like the Dems used in Iowa.

It’s too contagious and too wide spread to disappear at this point. Even if we quarantine it will continue to spread due to necessary people still being out and about

We’ve got to become smarter about this.

The US has to re-open relatively soon. You can’t just have this level of business shutdowns/job losses indefinitely.

Weigh options and come up with a relative comprise (i.e. some people stay at home and some go to work).

In order to come back it has to leave. Worry about now.

So... that gives it like 4-6 years to come back?

It’s looking like people can test negative, then positive again, meaning they could be asymptomatic carriers. I think they’re still trying to confirm this.

This could result in the same scenario.

People aren’t even complying with the orders. This is bullshite. Give the risks and let people lockdown or go to work. Just like driving, smoking, eating sugar, fricking, etc.

This is America goddamit.

I think the number of infections reported are much lower than actually infected.

I think repeat waves in areas that have been hit hard are not there most likely thing in the world.
