Yeah now, but this anti-Asian push is a more recent issue. At her age, I'm going with Asians were less affected, so my assumption is she is one who benefited when they were wanted, then it got to much so schools decided to penalize Asians, and she is cool with holding Asians down now to keep from diluting her "Indian/Asian with an Ivy degree" badge.

I believe this is the root of the outcry over this ruling.
FOX News NOW cut into the Civil Rights Action Committee having a zoom call, and a white woman said SCOTUS has now cut off access to higher learning for "our nation's future leaders".
Obviously, it's a disingenuous argument at face value considering how many higher education options there are in this country. It's not Ivy League or bust for the vast majority of Americans, regardless of skin color.
What they're really worried about is not being able to indoctrinate and churn out as many black and brown neo-Marxists from their elite institutions. That's why places like Yale are already bragging that they're going to ignore the ruling, and Biden already encouraged finding loopholes.
