Unless a lawyer can rightfully interpret that hot mess differently...

That is the most trifling, arrogant court exchange I have read to date. (I lie, that Judge Sullivan was it? w/ Flynn was pretty full of himself and just as unjust) This Judge speaks as if he is a BFD and god of all in DC.

People that speak/or act/boast like they are a BFD, usually aren't.

Who tipped off the govt think tank of matters of national security to file a lawsuit to the shadiest blackmailed FISA court DC political Judge?

Did the judge say something about communications in secret on Friday? Who in the entire frick of fricks allowed this POS Judge to be privy to: national security, the CIC, and foreign affairs?

did the Judge mean just have Trump pardon, himself? As it is moot.

THIS IS INSANE.

This judge needs to go away. Who the frick does he think he is? He should be presiding over divorce cases.

Who are the plaintiffs and how do they have standing since no one contesting election fraud in 2020 did.

If we had justice in our country, this judge would be impeached.

These judges are about to lose power due to overreaching. This will go to the Supremes and Trump will win. You can’t have liberal partisan judges trying to run the country.

What is the bases of Judge Boasberg removing Article II powers from the Executive branch? He did not explain that point.

I read that and the DOJ seemed a little dumbfounded by the judges query. It's like Margo Cleveland stated toward the end, it none of your fricking business.

Why can't the DOJ be proactive and get clearance from friendly courts?

Because they don’t need clearance. If they start getting clearance from judges what’s next? The judge might as well be president

DOJ is FA

Well see if any of them ultimately FO

The DOJ is undertaking an extremely aggressive and potentially unprecedented strategy. The politicians are safe regardless but the lawyers should be anxious

I am a bit concerned. This Judge is like the teachers pet of Chief Justice Roberts. Isn't he on the FISA court?

Mike Davis does not ever say things like this. He said Roberts had a chance already and should have nipped this in the bud. This is so absurd it feels coordinated. No way this Judge just rando got this case from a rando govt think tank.

Once again our feckless congress can't do the right thing

I would fix congress long before the judiciary as they are the real problem and that is saying something

The issue is if this is a legal use of those powers and a military and/or diplomatic exercise in reality

Nah bro. The Biden lawyers went this far or worse. They had the dc judges in their back pockets. The new admin has the law on their side. Regulators mount up!!! Not worried a bit as there is no lawfare right? RIGHT!!
