Governor of Texas is really one of the weakest Governor's in the Country. It was designed that way. The Lt Governor, and the Railroad Commission, controls the money, and therefore the agenda.

You do notice the location of Arkansas versus Texas right? Just because part of our borders meet doesn't mean we have the same climate.

I lived in Texas for 10 years and moved last year. Abbott is a 0 he just occupies an office. He is a rino.
