One thing that McCain’s funeral provided was juicy sound bites for the Dim Media. They’ll use Meghan McCain’s comments in an attempt to illustrate how many republicans are rejecting Trump and his MAGA followers.

Sorry so late to the party but I had better things to do today than watch that farce of a funeral.
The same thing happened at the funeral for Paul Wellstone more than a few years ago. It turned into a huge dem filth party rally.

The comments on this board trashing John McCain, his family, his service to this country, and all the millions of Americans who have the common decency to show respect for a dead man. A man that even though many of those millions disagreed with some of his politics, were raised to show respect to a grieving family, no matter our differences.

Sure. I mean most decent people realize this country is greater and lives up more to its potential when we try to embrace each other and our differences than a world of ginned up rhetoric used for the sole purpose of dividing people in a "us vs. them" world.
I'm sure Trump watched today's service fuming and frothing the whole time. I bet it also scared him a bit too. His world is not one where Americans come together despite our differences. His whole persona thrives on strife and division. If he starts to fail at keeping the nation in turmoil, then his power and influence become neutered.

From the time he got back from Vietnam til his death McCain was a piss poor American. Now his time in Vietnam and as a POW is heroic and admirable just like all the other vets and POWs.
