ADT is trying to collect from my 85 year old mother for 3 months billing for “monitoring” the alarm that the burglars had ripped off the wall and thrown in the floor. Probably before they cut the brass pipe to the water heater which flooded the house. This is the 3 months AFTER they were notified there’s no longer an alarm to monitor.
Never heard a peep out of ADT about the actual break in either.
