General position - I would not go out of my way to make a scene.
IF someone is trying to pressure me to disregard any OBVIOUS physical observation, I'd ignore the whole thing and just leave === not interested enough to even defend my observation.
IF there were some implied THREAT to me or my family in terms of economic (my job) or physical (gang involved) I'd do whatever was most expedient to remove myself from the scene without making the threat more serious.
IF it were job related - there are far too many variables to discuss. But I would not do anything that immediately endangered my family's security.

If someone tells me they’re a woman or they seem to be going for that appearance, I’ll take it at face value because it means nothing to me. I’m not trying to go through life seeking meaningless conflict when I’m going about my day.
However, that doesn’t really mean anything in terms of what I think about gender politics.

Nope but this stupid idea God created us perfectly is just obviously inaccurate in the face of modern medicine. I just followed your logic to other situations and it doesn't hold up

If I’m unsure, I don’t use ma’am, sir, he, or she. I just don’t feel like ending up on social media. And sometimes it might not even be someone who’s trans. It could just be some unfortunate sucker who, at no fault of their own, could pass for a man or a woman. And I certainly don’t want to embarrass those poor souls.
