Would there be this much resistance to the vaccine if Trump had won?

Just curious but I distinctly remember anti-vaccine talk starting in November or so. Trump himself got it in January. Would this board be as fervently against the vaccine if Trump had won? I remember Operation Warp Speed being a huge positive here when it was announced.

Naturally I think yeah ... we tend to politicize a lot of things.

The vaccine is ultimately a success of the Trump admin.

Is "this board" really "fervently against the vaccine"?

I mean, I've seen posters here and there say things about it, but I haven't noticed anything like a consensus as being "fervently against" it.

IMHO it would be even worse. People would be more emboldened. Otherwise it has nothing to do with who is in the White House.

TRUMP did win. The election was stolen.

On the scale of the country (or this forum) as a whole? Who knows?

But I personally would be hesitant to take a rushed and poorly-tested vaccine against a mildly-inconvenient virus, regardless of who is sitting on his arse behind the Resolute Desk.

I just took the first shot of the Moderna vaccine yesterday, I wasn't going to at first but decided to so my place of employment can rest easy and I could travel at will.

My take as well. I can appreciate the Herculean effort it took for everyone to get the thing rolled out as quickly as they did, and also personally feel hesitant about taking it in the first wave.

Has nothing to do with politics in my case.

However, I believe the authoritarian left is much more likely to try to pressure or force people to take it.

I wasn't and am not getting it regardless of who is in power. I also was resisting wearing a mask when Trump was in office. I actually have become less vigilant in my mask resistance under slow joe's admin.

I’d say so. I’d say the people openly talking about getting it are very much in the minority.

"Vaccine" ??

Are you referring to the FDA approved vaccine? Doesn't exist.

Are you referring to the experimental biological agent? Yes, much resistance...

More. Kamala herself said she wouldn't take it.

If you think the vaccine is a success, you have no idea as to its real intent.
Neither masking or social distancing has a thing to do with the flu (civid) or its transmission, it is about subservience to the elite’s government and the great reset (your new slave status). The vaccine is to limit your life span.

It would be worse IMO. Kamala was already questioning it before she won. I think the media would likely have a different tune on the vaccines if it wasn’t going to benefit Biden

Might speak more to the demographics and current availability.

I'm happy my parents got it.

It's hard to see how the white house occupant past or present comes into play, but who knows.
