This whole episode is why FISA is violative of the 4th Amendment, and various other due process problems, not the least of which is the right to confront one’s accusers.

No matter how salacious this memo is or isn’t (and seriously Congress investigating anything is nothing but theatre), the whole damn statute is codified abuse of power.

A “secret” court issuing “secret” warrants that you literally need an act of Congress to unseal. Kiss my arse Federal Government. KISS MY arse.

Don’t tread on me Bitches.

The other media outlets know this doesn’t really matter and won’t have anywhere near the desired impacts people around here are literally dreaming about. And deep down, so do you.

Anything Watergate

Based on how the impeachment of Clinton went, I think it's safe to say Nixon would have beaten the wrap on this. It wasn't even close to that level.

Why is it only the likes of Breitbart and Fox talking about this story, and with such enthusiasm? That really doesn’t tell you anything???

You and I both know that CNN, MSNBC, the networks, the Wapo, and the NYT won't run anything that could seriously harm the electoral prospects of democrats.

Don’t take my word for it, look for yourself! This REALLY isn’t hard. Is your life easier being so naive? Is that the appeal for you?

Because the MSM is 100% in the tank for the DNC and will take the word of ONE Democrat over a dozen Republicans. The CBS article linked is a perfect example of this. CBS shows absolutely ZERO intellectual curiosity about several congressman who have read the memo simply because they hate the messengers and the message being conveyed by Republicans and instead take the opinion of one guy (Adam Shiff) as the absolute gospel truth as if Shiff's sh## doesn't stink and is the end all be all opinion that matters. Shiff says the memo is untrustworthy and unimportant so no need to look any further or release the info. How convenient. That's why your disingenuous "why isn't anyone else covering this" schtick is a joke.

No way no one knew and “couldn’t believe it”.

WE knew and we’re just a bunch of coonasses in the swamps of the south.

They are ALL liars.

For a group of people who hate the “MSM” with such enthusiasm it’s funny to me how little you understand them. I mean, in this case, not even the basics.

Holy shite.

Your argument is really that if MSM didn't report it....it doesn't exist?

Nowhere did I say doesnt exist, I said it didn’t matter, learn the difference.

But it’s no surprise to anyone that you in particular would arrive at such a dumb conclusion.

If you can’t understand why only fringe news outlets you agree w are reporting this story (and describing it as such a massive conspiracy), I don’t know what to tell you.

Good luck out there man.

I really don't understand how the MSM works.

Why aren't they after the sexual assault slush fund daily until everything's revealed?

For those of us that are skeptical about their honesty and claims of being without bias, it's subjects like this that make me leary.

Is it because not only are Rs involved but Ds are in deep too?

Would you agree that if the slush fund was only helping Rs that CNN (for example) would spend just a tiny bit more time on the matter?

Is that a fair statement?

Comparing everything to watergate and ending everything in “Gate” has reduced using the investigative powers of the executive branch to investigat political opponents cliche.

I hate when people say worse than Watergate.

That said - if members of the Obama administration used the powers of the executive branch to spy on the opposing political party by using false and unverifiable information to monitor phone calls - Watergate involving a misdemeanor burglary, is bush league. Or you know, as King Barack would say, JV league.

.........are you really asking why the liberal outlets aren't covering something that is catastrophic to the dems, former Obama administration and the doj/fbi?

The same lib outlets that took hearsay from dickie Durban.. and ran with it with wall to wall coverage?

You're really asking why those lib networks won't touch something, even if 5+ republicans are confirming it.. opposed to just one democrat?
