Woman Charged with Operating Massive Ballot Harvesting Scheme in Texas

A woman in San Antonio, Texas, was arrested and charged for allegedly operating a massive ballot harvesting scheme after undercover video footage showed her committing election fraud, among other crimes.
Rachel Rodriguez was arrested and charged with election fraud, illegal voting, unlawfully assisting people voting by mail, and unlawfully possessing an official ballot, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced this week. Each is a felony under Texas law.
“Many continue to claim that there’s no such thing as election fraud. We’ve always known that such a claim is false and misleading, and today we have additional hard evidence,” Paxton said in a statement.
“This is a victory for election integrity and a strong signal that anyone who attempts to defraud the people of Texas, deprive them of their vote, or undermine the integrity of elections will be brought to justice,” Paxton said.
In October 2020, the watchdog group Project Veritas released two videos purporting to show Rodriguez operating a massive ballot harvesting scheme where she claims to be working with elected state and county officials in coercing voters, harvesting ballots, voting on behalf of people, and running a cash-for-votes operation.
“The shocking and blatantly illegal action documented by Project Veritas demonstrates a form of election fraud my office continually investigates and prosecutes,” Paxton said.

Mohamed, charged with 109 counts of voter fraud, was allegedly using a fraudulently obtained PO Box to request and deliver tons of absentee ballots that he would then fill out and turn in.
Federal election data reveals that about 28.4 million mail-in ballots have gone missing in each of the last four elections from 2012 to 2018. According to Pew Research Center analysis, there are potentially 24 million ineligible or inaccurate voter registrations on state voter rolls.

We've been told it was just an isolated event...and not really an event, more like an attempt... well maybe it was an event, but it wasn't repeated anywhere. Well it was repeated but on a tiny scale. Well a little bigger than small scale, but not enough to matter.

How did she come up with this scheme all on her own? Wow.

There are local politicians involved. In the video she names names, Rene Yanta and Nicole Garza who pay her $3,500. She also states that her regular rate to ballot harvest is $3000 for her and some guy "Tom Acosta" is $5000 who is her partner. The total for their services to ballot harvest is $56,000 (untaxed) for 7 months. The costs for each voter is $5-$8. Usually a pack of cigarettes, 6 pack of beer, prayer rosary, and other menail gifts are sufficient to harvest a vote for their candidates.
