How did we get to the point in society where this behavior is not only allowed but accepted as normal behavior? Back in the day every single one of those animals would have been shot or strung up outside the store

She knows what she is doing, she is being condescending, its akin to saying "you gonna clean my shoes" after she has stomped your face bloody.
I know a fella down here who had just rented a humble house and it was robbed. Place was still locked, no windows ajar, so he changed the locks, a month later, he was robbed again and this time the person fixed a sandwich and left it half eaten on the table, took bites of stuff in the fridge, just like this chick, to rub your face in it.
This fella took a walk around the outside of the house and behind some bushes he noticed the wood board that surrounded the exit vent for the dryer had smudged dirt on the edges. When he pulled the board it came free and the bandit had cut out around the vent a space large enough for him to crawl in while pushing out the dryer and upon exiting it fell back in place.
So the owner got a very thick gauge of galvanize, took it to a machine shop and sharpened the edge and hung it with a trip wire behind the dryer with enough give so the trip worked when the dryer was fully tilted out...and waited.
A few weeks later when he came home he knew he had caught the fella by the blood trail running down the drive. Inside he moved the dryer and there was a puddle of blood...and two fingers.
