With nearly 15,000 FBI agents, how did same 10 agents get on Clinton & Trump cases?

It defies all logic. Even the most grizzled progressive has to recognize that this was not normal.
You had a group of approximately 10 FBI agents that swept the Clinton investigation under the rug, and then moved straight on over to investigate Muh Russia. Some were investigating both at the same time.
Even if both investigations were 100 percent legit and above board, that is at best a huge conflict of interest.
At worst it's a fricking travesty.

That dickhead Strzok went from Clinton email investigation to Trump Russia counter intel to Special Counsel investigation.

Great question. Whoever assigns the investigators has tremendous power. Both over how the investigation takes place and over the careers of the people up for assignments.
If you aren't in the good graces of certain people, you would never get a sniff of a high profile career type of case.

Strozk, Page, and at least 2 others ended up on the Meuller team too! This is an unbelievable scandal. The media wanted a distraction, which is why we are randomly back to immigration.

Both investigations were taken away from field agents and run by Sr officials who are political in nature.
The motive is obvious. Just gotta find the crimes.

Hahah, Horowitz and the actors involved are covering this up, that's very plain to see.
The I.G. reviewed 1.2 million docs, but wasn't sure if there were multiple texts lost on the day of the glitch that excludes the "we will stop him text" or If that was the only text mysteriously lost.
He knew several of the masked entities were not undercover as exposed yesterday, and only carries the FBI water pushing that narrative.
That's not oversight or impartial
