Stories like this illustrate why the black population should always be considered suspect
Why kids do stupid stuff all the time. And violent stuff. But generally speaking their parents have the courtesy to be embarrassed by it

And I'm wondering if Mr. Ruffin was chasing another black person, why the police responded at all. I sure there was a social worker they could have called or at least a member of the community could handle it.
