I provided DHS and FEMA as an example of how Congress can’t even agree on the easy stuff anymore. There is no way they could ever agree on military action anywhere.

The Dems and a certain few R’s are only anti Trump. If he asks for it’s an automatic HELL NO!! If Pearl Harbor happened tomorrow and Trump went to Congress to get a declaration of war just like FDR did I don’t know if he would get it. These people are more anti Trump more than they are pro America.

Apparently this President has no power to do anything, according to activist judges. So, under the current political climate, if he wants to do anything without it being struck down by some activist judges, he's got to have Congressional approval.
