Ya'll are aware that this vaccine was developed under Trump and he is proud of it. The question is, when are you going to take the off ramp and get over this as a campaign issue?

This. The imbeciles who booed him for getting a booster when he had personally had the China virus are no better than the progs.

Nah man, rumour had it that Trump cooked up those early vaccines in the White House basement.

Why do you think Kamala, Pelosi and others rightly refused to get the early shots?

Never said he did!

People were forced.

For the record, I voted twice for Trump and will a 3rd time if he's the nominee.

Easy peasy.

He was acting on the advice of the foremost science experts.

The same ones Biden followed.

This is the campaign issue. Covid and more specifically the response to Covid has completely destroyed this country and the western world. The vaccines are killing people and the manufacturers have no liability.

If they got him on this one. What makes you think they just won't re-rack this in a different form and run the same playbook on him.

I love Trump. But he got played on these jabs and the Warp Speed committee. He will never admit. And because of that people like Fauci and Birx won't be held to justice for what they did to this country.

It’s a loser among his base and if big dick Ron hits him on it, it will dent his base badly.

You do know Ron is an outspoken advocate for the vaccine right? And neither Trump nor Ron would mandate it.

Why is Trump still, to this day, pimping operation warp

Because a lot of independents and suburban moderate women think they work. That’s why. His base is going nowhere. It only gains him votes. He’s looking at the general not Republican primary.

This factually wrong. Look up the The PREP Act of 2005 signed into law than none other than ole Dubya.

Prep_Act

Now, here a huge kicker. HHS, under xiDung, went in and added an amendment(number 9) to the Prep Act and gave them special immunity against the clot-shots.

Now I may be wrong on this but I think the Prep Act allows a compensation fund to those injured by those clot-shots.

Cool, cool, cool. So by that logic,, you are saying he is just another hack politician like the rest of them. Willing to sell out his base to appeal to moderates and soccer moms. Don't we have enough hack RINOs as it is? Do we really need another one, if that is really the logic here.

For the record, I don't think that's what is driving this. I think its as simple as, he feels this was a big achievement, and doesn't want to let it go and admit he got punked by the little Gollum looking bastard.

What do you mean exactly? I mean, what do you point to specifically that has led you to this particular belief, the “not claiming lockdowns” one?

I don’t know but we’re going to see this board suddenly soften on vaccines if he doesn’t and that’s going to be hilarious.

That’s crazy talk. What would suddenly make anyone here change their views on the vaccines like that? Where do y’all come up with this stuff? Are y’all running out of criticisms and swipes against Trump and his supporters? And what’s with the “this board” business? I see pretty much near 50/50 split like/dislike of Trump.

I find anti Vax people to be just as insufferable as mandatory Vax people.

I dont know about the rest of the board, but I have a pretty nuanced view of Trump. There's a lot of good, but also some bad (spending, personel/hiring, and vaccines).

For the record, I have a Trump flag flying from my garage to this day, and voted for him twice and will vote again if he runs. But also have no issue at all criticizing him and holding him accountable when he deserves it. I wish the rest of the base had the same mentality, and we might have been able to get more out of him. He has an ear for his base, and will tend to listen, when they are loud enough about it.

Trump was right to push for a vaccine, right for not pushing for a mandate, right for pushing treatments. It's not within his power to make sure the vaccine worked. He should go after Pfizer and Moderna for all kinds of corruption, not the least of which is announcing the vaccine was ready days after the election. They can both go to Hell.
