No it isn't. Plenty of people practice law for a few years, realize it sucks, and then use their education/experience to transition out of the legal field. I'm less than 10 years out of law school and I'd estimate that around a third of my graduating class isn't practicing anymore

I've read a few stories on the matter, but don't a lot of lawyers/attorneys frame and hang there achievements, i.e. diploma, accomplishments, bar exam certificate, etc instead of locking them up never to be seen?...or is that not acceptable?

That's the extent of it from the link you posted. If you stand trial for insurance fraud, there is a paper trail. Has anyone ever linked to the pleadings themselves? If this had legs, you'd think it'd be a much bigger deal.
Federal judges don't govern law licenses and I find it highly unlikely a federal judge would give her that ultimatum.
