I always felt it was a total shite double standard that insurance companies protected individuals with health issues just because they were on a group policy at work.
And would turn down individuals with health conditions who were self employed. There was absolutely no incentive to open your own business If you had health conditions.
Obamacare allowed me to get Healthcare with no questions while working for myself..That was huge..
Now im paying out the arse for that opportunity. I'm happy to work for myself.And may the income that I want to make, but it burns me up that I have to pay $700 a month for a 24k oop..

ObamaCare may have been the work of Democratic Socialists but the Rs had an opportunity to repeal the shite legislation if not for McShitStain giving a thumbs down on the repeal.

Why is everyone up in arms because they have to have high deductible/oop health insurance? Insurance isn’t gonna be cheap if you expect them to pay for every ailment and doctors visit.
My car/house/health insurance is designed to keep me solvent if I have to use it. I have an HSA for oop. Insurance initially was sold as keeping families solvent in case of a catastrophe. As health costs skyrocket, a full coverage policy is a luxury very few will be able to afford. Just accept it.

The government should incentivize all businesses to pay health insurance for their employees. Very small companies should be allowed through say their banking relationship to form a group so as to spread the risk and administrative costs. The government has allowed everyone to join a credit union for example so what's the difference?
There should be no small businesses which can't belong to a group which would at least lower admin costs. There are fixes to this mess.
Obamacare was a ploy to make more people dependent on the government using tax dollars from the middle class. The R's failed to have a plan in 2016 so the can got kicked down the road. The subsidies are no longer affordable with the renewal of the 2017 Trump tax cuts.
Obamacare was a way to socialize medicine and it almost worked and unless the R's stay strong it might still work.

Let's see we work and get paid and give so much more back to government now than before.
We could be pretty close to working for no pay but credits from government shops, industry or healthcare to use when we need, not want, something.
At least the ads will be gone.

I’ll give a much quicker summary:
It’s medical welfare for the masses where the 45-50% pays for the rest, which includes illegals.
The poor illegals need medical insurance too, ya know, we have to be “humane”.
Actually, ACA did exactly what it was supposed to do, destroy medical insurance industry for middle to upper middle class & small business owners.
Pre-ACA, I used to pay 100% for employee and family with $750 deductible, the top plan for LABCBS policy.
After ACA, insurance costs go so bad, I had to reduce down to only paying 50% for the employee alone, with a much lower quality plan.
Frick Hussein, that bastard did more damage to this country and now he’s mentoring Mamdani on how to expedite the destruction of New York!
Lastly on ACA, between the NFL endorsing and publicizing ACA like they did for the Vaccines etc…. It was around the same time as Bounty Gate, and after those 2 BS causes for the NFL, I quit buying season tickets to the Saints.
All pro sports are just another vehicle for DC/Deep State to push anything they want.
