If you don't have health insurance you are a dumbass imo. Doesn't mean you should be forced to buy it

Thank you for that helpful and informative information. Are you a BamaAtl alter, an Obamacare bot or just a paid shill for Obamacare? Inquiring minds want to know.

I'm not saying I don't believe the story in your OP, but it's most likely an amalgam of several different things that happened combined to form what you feel is a compelling story. If I'm wrong, I humbly apologize.

lol, no. It's all about priorities. Stop eating out so much and cancel your cable bill. Don't blame other people for not wanting to pay for your responsibility.

You got it wrong. You need to go your state's ACA exchange and get a quote(one where you don't get a subsidy). Go see what others are paying and see if you can afford it. Until then shut your mouth. You have no fricking clue what is going on. If you aren't lucky enough to get a subsidy it is completely unaffordable.

Because an extra 80 or so a month is REALLY going to help with an 800 per month health insurance premium. Unless you are lucky enough to get on the government teat and get a subsidy. Which we all pay for. Which is, as you say, wanting other people to pay for your responsibility, is it not?

Yay, an anecdotal application that does not apply in 99.99% of cases being used as proof for why young 20somethings should spend a ton of money as welfare to old people.

UGH!!!

Let me fix this for you:

Why you should PURCHASE FOR YOURSELF HEALTH INSURANCE even if young and healthy

I hate the lazy conflation of "healthcare" to mean insurance.

But to the left, they ARE interchangeable, in that they feel that you cannot get healthcare of any type whatsoever if you do not have health insurance of a type deemed acceptable by them.

This new brand of democrat we have on this site is just awful. Lazy and trite. Who knew we had it so good with VB and DA?

Healthcare is medical attention.

Health insurance is a method to pay for received healthcare.

I have health insurance. But I receive less healthcare because Obamacare has made my health insurance vastly more expensive with increased copays and deductibles to give free shite to others.

Your argument should state: Why you should have health INSURANCE (catastrophic- the cheap kind, not Obamacare) even if young and healthy.

So if you are young and healthy and think you don't need insurance, think again.

Sure, I want insurance, and carry it, in the event of an accident.

I just think my insurance shouldn't cost as much as yours because I don't walk around in the woods at night.

No, you don't get to push Obamacare off on Trump. Health insurance is high because of idiots like you that supported Obama.

It's funny how quickly they are trying to wash their hands of it

Not only is it lazy, the wording is focus-group tested.
