I'm not sure what you are insinuating. He is in the oval office, but even if he wasn't what is the OP implying?
On a related note, I bet that in some bunker somewhere there is an exact replica soundstage of the oval office to use in case the president needs to make an address while the White House was unsafe or under attack.

The wallpaper idea was debunked. Biden currently has the same wallpaper Trump ended with.
